The breakfast had a great variety of choices and the staff were very welcoming. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the pier and other attractions. The room was spacious and had a private balcony with a lovely view.
The swimming pool was too cold to enjoy and there were limited food options available in the area.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers an amazing view. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We were impressed with the amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The location is perfect, with easy access to the lake and nearby attractions. We also appreciated the free parking and 24-hour reception.
All in all, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed at a modern, clean hotel in a convenient Ita Thao location. the lobby and rooms were a good size and the staff friendly and welcoming. the breakfast team provided a wonderful start to our day. There were additional dining and recreation facilities available at other nearby hotels.
The bicycles available for guest use weren't well maintained.

We had a great stay in this hotel! Best aspects were the modern and clean lobby, spacious room, and friendly and informative staff. We appreciated the various breakfast options, including fresh fruits and vegetarian choices. Plus, the location was very convenient for exploring the city.

The breakfast offered a good selection of local and vegetarian options, and the staff were friendly. the room had an innovative custom-made shower and hot tub, as well as a nice view of the surrounding landscape. the location was great for families with young children, offering plenty of space and a quiet atmosphere.
The limited food options in the area made it difficult to find affordable and tasty options, and the hotel's expensive buffet only added to the cost. the swimming pool was too cold to use, which was disappointing considering it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.
